Al torneo di Cavallino Venezia ha battuto la Virtus per 78-67, con un grande finale di partita. I bianconeri, che hanno condotto a lungo, ed erano avanti 57-49 e poi fino a al terzo quarto (57-53), per poi incassare un parziale di 29-10 finale. Chiaramente hanno pesato i carichi di lavoro e le assenze: fuori Hackett e Teodosic, e infortunio al ginocchio da valutare ad Awudu Abass.
13 punti per Mickey, 11 per Lundberg (ma 7 palle perse), 10 per Ojeleye. Per Venezia 14 ciascuno per Sima, Freeman e Parks.
